At Heaton Chapel Christian Church, we would like to think we have a heart for mission.
The bible speaks of being witnesses for Jesus “in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8). We believe that means the message of Jesus dying for a lost world needs to go out to that lost world, via our locality and the wider district in which we live.
We are looking to be obedient to that verse in line with the great commission by
informing, inspiring and equipping the church to pray, send and go; encouraging and discipling believers to be serving the body of Christ, witnessing in our community and proclaiming the Gospel to all peoples
